The Role

We are looking for an experienced, inspired, and resourceful Senior Recruiter, who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, to join our team in Sofia. The role will be supporting Amatas, S Management and other companies, part of our Group.

What will you be responsible doing

  • Attracting and engaging top talent.
  • Interviewing, testing, and selecting the best candidates.
  • Delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Designing and implementing short and long-term recruitment plan and strategy.


What we require on a professional level

  • Solid background in tech recruitment (2+ years) with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to screen resumes and match them to specific job descriptions.
  • Experience in building and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies (LinkedIn, networking, social & digital media, etc.​).
  • Proven success in directly approaching passive candidates, through to closing.
  • Confident with different tools for recruitment and sourcing platforms.
  • Experience with various assessments tools.
  • Excellent skills for creating positive experiences with candidates and hiring managers​ and creating highly collaborative partnerships.
  • Good knowledge of various IT technologies. 
  • Have a good written and spoken command of the English language.
  • Experience in recruiting globally is a plus.
